We’ll start with a private conversation about your symptoms, health history, and goals. Then, we’ll assess how your body is moving—this may include looking at posture, breathing, core strength, and pelvic floor coordination. Internal exams are not always necessary and will only be done with your full consent.

Joanne O’Connor is trained and experienced with treating men with pelvic floor dysfunction. Everyone has a pelvic floor. In men, these muscles support the bladder, bowel, and sexual function. They can become weak, tight, or uncoordinated—just like any other muscle group.
