Dr. Kayla Aponte, PT, DPT, CSCS, PCES, CNC is a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist dedicated to helping women move confidently, stay active, and get to the root cause of their symptoms—not just manage them.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and is currently completing her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). Dr. Aponte has pursued extensive postgraduate education through Herman & Wallace, Pelvic Floor University, and other advanced training programs, with specialized expertise in pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, and strength training for active women.
As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), she combines evidence-based rehabilitation with performance, movement, and wellness to help women return to the activities they love.
A proud U.S. Army veteran and mother of three, Dr. Aponte is passionate about changing the standard of women's healthcare through comprehensive, individualized pelvic floor physical therapy that empowers women to feel strong, capable, and confident in every season of life.
Joanne O’Connor, PT, OCS, PRPC
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Spine Specialist
Joanne O’Connor, PT, OCS, PRPC is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) with over 20 years of experience helping patients in the Columbus, Georgia area.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Joanne has advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy and pelvic health rehabilitation. She began specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy in 2010 and earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in 2016.
Joanne provides pelvic floor physical therapy for both women and men, treating conditions including pregnancy and postpartum recovery, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome/interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, dyspareunia, coccydynia (tailbone pain), and male pelvic floor dysfunction. She also treats orthopedic conditions such as neck and back pain.
Joanne is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps her patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love.

Bekah shares the passion of women’s fitness and wellness. She holds dual degrees in kinesiology and nutrition, among many other certifications. She’s a competitive power lifter and coach, with her own online coaching program. She’s a sourdough making farmer lol, an amazing TWIN MAMA, a ranger wife, and above all else she really is a wonderful human being.

A Columbus native and recent graduate of Methodist University with a B.S. Biology, Healthcare concentration, Ya’Norie is a pre-med student with a passion for helping others. In her free time she loves spending time with her family and crocheting.
