  • Founder | Pelvic Floor & Orthopedic Physical Therapist

    Dr. Kayla Aponte, originally from Orlando, is a Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).

    She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, where she is also pursuing her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). Kayla has completed advanced training through Herman & Wallace, Pelvic Floor University, and other leading programs, with expertise in pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, and pregnancy and postpartum care for the active mom.

    A proud U.S. Army veteran and mom of three, Kayla is passionate about helping women overcome pelvic floor dysfunction and reclaim confidence in their bodies.

  • Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Spine Specialist

    Joanne is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. She has made her professional home in Columbus GA for the past 20 years, where she is mentored by Thomas Boers PT, FAAOMPT in his Dutch manual therapy treatment of spinal disorders. In 2010 she began her studies into Pelvic Physical Therapy. She earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman and Wallace Institute in November 2016. Joanne is passionate about her pelvic health patients. Adult diagnoses treated include back and neck pain pregnancy and postpartum, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, organ prolapse, pelvic pain inclusive of vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain/ IC, endometriosis, dyspareunia and coccydynia/tailbone pain. .

  • Office Manager

    Bekah shares the passion of women’s fitness and wellness. She holds dual degrees in kinesiology and nutrition, among many other certifications. She’s a competitive power lifter and coach, with her own online coaching program. She’s a sourdough making farmer lol, an amazing TWIN MAMA, a ranger wife, and above all else she really is a wonderful human being.

  • Patient Care Coordinator

    Maria has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Columbus State University and is currently finishing up a few prerequisites to start PTA program. She is a lacrosse coach, personal and group fitness trainer locally, and dog mama.
